The Whidbey Island-Class dock landing ship USS Comstock (LSD 45) and US Navy’s guided-missile destroyer USS Ralph Johnson (DDG 114) arrived at Visakhapatnam for Exercise Tiger Triumph-2025 last week.Naval Officer B Stocks of USS Comstock said he was feeling proud being part of the Tiger Triumph exer cise. Speaking to the media, he said their primary task was to encompass amphibi-ous operations and human-itarian aid disaster relief.”Comstock has huge space to bring in landing crafts, relief material, med-icines and other equipment to the affected areas. Hav-ing 350 personnel on board, we bring tremendous amo-unts of marine combat po-wer ashore for them to exe-cute their missions, devel-op force, increase tempo, and proceed towards their objective, he stated.
