“ SAAVAN AAYORE”–A CULTURAL CARNIVAL ORGANISED BY WALTAIR DISTRICT ASSOCIATION, EAST COAST RAILWAY BHARAT SCOUTS AND GUIDES
The Waltair District Association of East Coast Railway Bharat Scouts and Guides successfully organised “Saavan Aayore – A Cultural Carnival”, celebrating rich traditions, folk art, and creative talent through a vibrant series of performances.
The Grand Finale was graced by distinguished guests Shri Lalit Bohra, Divisional Railway Manager & President Waltair District Association, Smt Jyotsna Bohra, President ECoRWWO & Vice President, Waltair District, Shri Manoj Kumar Sahoo, DCC & ADRM (Operations), Smt Madhusmita Sahoo, Vice President, ECoRWWO, Dr. D. Bhashini Priyanka, District Commissioner (Guides), Shri D.J. Rao, Sr. DEN (Hqrs), Ms. V. Bhavya, ADC (Guides) & ADFM/WAT, and Ms. Bilkis Bano, National Adventure Officer, National Association of India, who honoured the occasion with her presence.
The cultural extravaganza witnessed 97 participants, featuring 11 group performances, 26 solo dances, 2 folk presentations, 2 mono acts, and additional artistic showcases. Each performance reflected creativity, grace, and the essence of cultural unity.
Applauding the efforts of the participants and organisers, Shri Lalit Bohra, DRM Waltair, announced award as a gesture of appreciation for the excellent organisation and execution of the programme.
Awards and recognitions were presented by Shri Lalit Bohra to all winners and runners-up, along with consolation and participation certificates for every participant, ensuring encouragement and inclusivite
