CREDAI Andhra Pradesh Elects New Leadership Team for
2025-27
The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of
India (CREDAI) Andhra Pradesh has unveiled its newly appointed
leadership team for the 2025-27 term.
The executive body will be led by
Chairman Buddiga Srinivas,
Bayana Srinivas Rao taking on the role of President and
D. Rambabu serving as General Secretary.
Additionally, Sai Ram Reddy and G.V.S.T. Rayudu have been named
Vice-Presidents, while K.S.R.K. Raju (Sai), K. Vijaya Rama Krishna,
and T. Vinod Reddy will assume responsibilities as Joint Secretaries.
Addressing the media on Sunday, President Bayana Srinivas Rao
underscored the remarkable growth and influence of CREDAI Andhra
Pradesh, which now encompasses 20 city chapters and boasts a strong
membership base of 1,200 developers. This expansion cements its
position as the largest association of real estate developers in South
India.
Rao emphasized that upholding the highest standards of
professionalism and ethical integrity in the real estate sector remains a
core objective of the association. He highlighted the pivotal role played
by CREDAI’s Code of Conduct and Consumer Redressal Forum in
safeguarding the interests of homebuyers, promoting transparency,
and fostering trust within the industry.
To keep members informed about evolving regulations and industry
best practices, CREDAI Andhra Pradesh organizes regular workshops
and seminars covering topics such as building laws, legal compliance,
and construction standards. Beyond its industry initiatives, the
association also engages in various corporate social responsibility
(CSR) programs, contributing to the welfare of the community.
